About Natalia Pamich
Natalia is a strategic marketer and brand builder who has worked in various Fortune 500 CPG companies, including L’Oréal, Reckitt, PepsiCo, and Revlon. Through her marketing services firm, LUCENS STUDIOS, she’s consulted for Calvin Klein in New York. At L’Oréal, Natalia was a Global Director who oversaw both Make-Up and Skincare categories. At Reckitt, the parent company of Lysol and other known household brands, she led marketing efforts for the highly-competitive supplements category. While at PepsiCo, Natalia relaunched the KeVita kombucha brand, developed one of the biggest campaigns for Pepsi in Latin America, and built a strong innovation pipeline for Tropicana Orange Juice and Starbucks Coffee. At Revlon, Natalia launched innovation and expanded distribution. She grew up in Europe and Asia before moving to the US for college.
