Chicago Rockford International Airport is home to a growing air cargo industry and is ranked as the 13th largest cargo airport in the US. The airport is home to the second largest UPS hub in North America and a major base for Amazon Air operations. Recent expansions has allowed it to become a Midwest hub for e-commerce and international freight. The Airport campus encompasses an aviation maintenance repair facility (AAR) and Menzies Aviation, the world's largest aviation services is located on-site as well. More than 15 international airlines service RFD as a freighter network serving destinations to and fron countries around the world, including tier one freight forwarders such as DB Schneker and Maersk-Senator International.
